Chris joined the futures industry as a runner in the Standard and Poor’s (S&P) pit in 1997 where he worked on the trade order processing system machine (first electronic order routing system in the S&P) for Linco Futures Group. He also worked the trade desk for ZAP Futures, and traded futures and commodities for a private client. Chris obtained a Series 3 license in 2003. He is drawn to the futures market because of its fast pace. "I enjoy the excitement and the opportunities the futures markets offer," he says.
As a broker for RJOFutures, Chris enjoys helping clients overcome hurdles to implement a successful trading plan.
Chris focuses on S&Ps, energies, and metals.
He prefers technical analysis, yet maintains a fundamental analysis focus.
He identifies fear and greed as the two biggest hurdles in the trading industry, and he strives in helping clients overcome these obstacles to achieve success.
